​I've been a multi-disipline Holistic Health Practitioner for over 35 years, and have come to the conclusion that the three main causes of illness and suffering are psychological trauma, toxicity and poor nutrition.

​

My approach has always been to create health rather than treat illness. When the trauma has been processed, and the toxins have been eliminated, and the deficiencies have been corrected, then natural self healing ability returns.

I always look at the bigger picture to see how some one has arrived at this point in their life. Ultimately I see that each soul is on a journey through eons of experience in order to learn and evolve in consciousness, and that life presents us with challenges in order to grow. What is the life lesson to be learned in any situation?

​Naturopathy & Homeopathy

 

My career in natural health began with qualifying as a Naturopathic Doctor in London from The College of Homeopathy. After graduation I went to India and had the experience of treating 300 patients daily and taught modern prescribing methods at University Hospital in New Delhi.

 

I served as Clinical Director at two colleges overseeing the final-year training of hundreds of practitioners in the 1990s. I introduced innovative teaching methods, including live video links between clinics and classrooms, and introduced the new computer software into teaching.

 

I wrote a couple of reference books, and developed new remedies and protocols for modern illnesses like AIDS and detoxifying from environmental pollutants.

 

Transformation Products Ltd was one of the UK’s first online health shops, offering naturopathic supplements. We also held 10-day juice fasting and rejuvenation retreats, and published a monthly Natural Health newsletter.

Energy Healing

 

​​​​​I graduated from the 4 year degree course at The Barbara Brennan School of Healing in the USA in1998. She is the author of Hands of Light and Light Emerging which were world wide bestsellers for decades.

 

5 times a year we would join 800 healers in a conference style course. Just being present in that huge healing energy was life transforming. I learnt a lot about the Human Energy Field, and how to work with the various psychological defence patterns.

Also fascinated by the intricately detailed holistic approach to health developed in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I made a deep dive into Chi Kung, studying with many masters and practicing for 4-6 hours daily for several years.​

Chi Kung teaches all the inner development needed to be a hands on Energy Healer. From grounding, to pulsing specific qualities of energy through the hands. So I integrated a series of Chi Kung practices as part of the syllabus for The School of Energy Healing.

I founded The School of Energy Healing (UK) in 2000.

It was a 3 year journey through 7 levels of consciousness

with over 20 healing techniques including;

It was a real healer's bootcamp with requirements for daily Chi Kung practice, personal therapy and a 10 day juice fast. I trained several people to become teachers at the school who have since gone onto make their own projects. They called me the teacher's teacher lol. The conference centre we used was a converted mansion and had turrets looking like Hogwarts wizard school from Harry Potter movies!

Shamanic Astral Healing

 

​I also studied for many years in indigenous healing traditions from the Amazon in Brazil, and with the Bwiti Tribe from West Africa. 

​

This experience has enabled me to work as a Curandaro and have access to the astral for clearing trauma imprints, psychic attack, and astral parasites.
