Introduction
The body is continually healing and repairing itself to remain healthy. When parts of this self healing mechanism are blocked or absent then the body will create symptoms in a more desperate attempt to release the toxins and correct the problem.
Natural Health is created by removing these blockages and enhancing the body's innate self healing function.
Alkalise the Body and Mind
Over time, the body accumulates acidic residues from processed foods, stress, environmental toxins, and metabolic waste, gradually shifting the internal pH toward acidity and overburdening the kidneys, liver, and lymphatic system. This chronic acid buildup can lead to fatigue, inflammation, weakened immunity, joint pain, skin issues, and increased risk of degenerative diseases as the body draws minerals from bones and tissues to neutralise the excess acid. 80% of diseases are inflammatory and can only occur in an acidic environment. This includes cancer, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis and digestive problems.
Alkalising restores balance through a multi-step process:
1. Detoxification to clean out the old acidic deposits from organs and tissues.
2. An alkaline-forming diet rich in leafy greens, vegetables and low-sugar fruits that produce bicarbonate buffers during digestion.
3. Supplements, especially chlorophyll from sources like spirulina, which acts as a potent blood cleanser, oxygenates cells, binds heavy metals for excretion, and directly neutralizes acids, promoting vibrant energy, clearer skin, and resilient health.
THE MIND

Parasites
Parasites thrive in an acidic body and are therefore so common as to have become normal, It is a very over-looked aspect of health and disease.
CANDIDA
A fungal overgrowth in the intestines that craves sugar. It excretes more acid to exacerbate the problem. The primary cause of candida is a history of antibiotics which have killed off the alkaline producing bacteria that are a natural part of our biome, and open the door to parasites.
Detox
The body is a self-regulating system equipped with interconnected elimination organs that continuously neutralise and expel metabolic waste, environmental toxins, and excess acids - the liver, kidneys, lymphatic vessels, skin, lungs, and intestines.
FASTING
The only way to eliminate deep toxins is by fasting. The body has basically two modes - digesting and eliminating. So by increasing the amount of time in the elimination zone by not eating, then the deeper the cleansing will go. Natures ultimate healer.
There are various protocols from intermittent fasting one day per week, to a 10 day juice fast.
It is important to keep the bowels moving with Psyllium Husk and Bentonite Clay shakes. Colonics or enemas can be added, as well as cleansing herbs and anti-parasite medicines.
CLEANSING HERBS
Certain medicinal herbs support the organs to eliminate toxins.
For example Sylimarin (Milk Thistle) helps to detox the liver.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Lymphatic flow, driven by physical movement and deep breathing, gathers toxins from the tissues and dumps them in the colon. Rebounding on a mini trampoline is the most effective method. Walking or any aerobic exercise is good.
HOT & COLD
The skin serves as a secondary route via sweat glands enhanced by saunas and cold exposure.
Infra-red saunas draw toxins out from deeper in the fat tissue.
Nutrition
There are many ideas about what constitutes a healthy diet. After experimenting with ALL of the various different approaches to healing with food from Macrobiotics to Raw diet, I validated one underlying principle that shone through all of the methods that actually worked, which was that the body became more Alkaline.
ALKALISING DIET
Foods are either acid or alkaline forming according to the mineral content.
The ideal diet to maintain correct pH is 20% acid forming and 80% alkaline.
Alkaline Foods:
- all vegetables esp greens

Acidic Foods:
- meat, dairy, eggs
- grains esp wheat
- oils, nuts, frying
- sugar, tea, coffee, spices, alcohol
- artificial food additives
Essential Nutrients & Supplements
Food no longer supplies all essential nutrients of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids, and phytonutrients. Modern industrial farming depletes soil through monoculture, synthetic fertilisers, and early harvesting, yielding crops with markedly lower nutrient density than ancestral varieties. Studies show conventional produce contains 20–70 % less minerals compared to organic counterparts. Glyphosate residues and hybrid seeds further impair mineral uptake and protein quality. Refined grains, pasteurised dairy, and processed oils strip away fibre, enzymes, and cofactors, creating “empty calories” that satisfy hunger but starve cells.
Because the body cannot synthesise minerals or certain vitamins (like B12 and D), and because absorption declines with age and stress, strategic supplementation becomes necessary to bridge the gap to restore cellular function and vitality.
An 'Essential Nutrient' is something that the body can not synthesis and therefore has to be in the diet or there is a deficiency. The most important to supplement are;
1. Major Minerals - calcium, phosphorus, iron etc
2. Trace Minerals - salts
3. Omega Fatty Acids - fish oil
4. Vitamins B12 and D - sunshine
Hydration
It is becoming increasing difficult to access good quality water that is clean and alive with structured molecules. If the water has no electrical potential then it will not be absorbed by the body cells and do it's jobs of delivering nutrition and removing toxins.
