What to expect

 

1.    Video Chat​

To understand your life situation, and especially what might be the causes.​

Also for spiritual counselling and questions.

2.    Energy Work​

We end the call and you lie down and relax while I do the energy work.

People can experience tingles, or heat or chills.

Flashbacks to past events that need healing can also happen.

​There is often a deep relaxation half way between sleeping and waking.

​

Afterwards there can be an immediate sense of lightness and relief, 

or sometimes there can be a day or two of physical and emotional detox before feeling better.

3.    Email Report

​The following day I send an email with a brief summary of what happened during the energy work,

plus helpful insights into energy patterns and defences.

Also suggestions for Naturopathic Supplements or Homeopathic Remedies as required.
