The Human Energy Field
The Human Energy Field is a multidimensional electromagnetic envelope that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body, extending about one metre outward in layered sheaths each vibrating at different frequencies and corresponding to physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of being.
Levels of Consciousness
1. Soul
The Soul is timeless awareness beyond form. It is the unchanging essence that incarnates across lifetimes. It holds the divine spark and remembers unity with all.
2. Spirit
The Higher Self guides through unconditional love, clear wisdom, and absolute truth. It aligns the personality with soul purpose.
3. Astral
The Astral level contains dreams, archetypes, and the Akashic records. It holds karmic patterns and the eternal dance of light and shadow. Healing here resolves trauma imprints.
4. Mind
The Mind processes logic, forms beliefs, and runs inner dialogue. When cluttered with opinions or noise, it distorts perception. Clarity brings alignment.
5. Emotions
Emotions are energy in motion, that react mainly to our thoughts and expectations. Repressed feelings can create energy blocks in the chakras and organs. Excessive reactions cause chaos. Balanced flow supports health and connection.
6. Etheric
The Etheric body is the energetic template. Electro-magnetic blueprint woven 'lines of light' structure of the body. The meridians bridge the physical and etheric.
7. Physical
Bio-electric biome avatar for the soul. It manifests the combined state of all higher levels. The body never lies, and we can learn to understand it.
Chakras
Chakras are spinning vortex energy centres that go through all the levels of consciousness.. They connect the physical body to the aura and regulate life force. There are seven main chakras, each linked to specific glands, organs, emotions, and life themes.
Chakras act like gateways through which we interact with the world, continuously receiving and transmitting energy like a breath. When open and balanced, energy flows freely. When blocked or overactive, physical or emotional issues arise.
There are seven primary spinal chakras, and hundreds of secondary chakras in the joints and acupuncture points.
